The Addison Arbor Foundation is committed to creating and sustaining the beauty in our parks and enhancing our trees
throughout the Town of Addison. Since the inception in 1995, the Addison Arbor Foundation has initiated, promoted, and
facilitated physical improvements and greater community involvement as well as create new programs for Addison residents
offering them educational opportunities about trees and horticulture.

Meetings are held at least once quarterly. Projects are selected by a consensus of the Foundation board and Citizen Action
Committee and are presented to the City Council. Planning and projects continue throughout the year, but our largest
community event corresponds with the National Arbor Day, which will be celebrated on the second Saturday in November.
