Aerial Ballet – Monarch

Location: Spring Valley Road and Vitruvian Way, across the street from the George Herbert Walker Bush Elementary School and at the entrance to the Vitruvian Park® development

Details: Three 15-16 foot kinetic monarch butterflies are designed to move gracefully with the wind.  A butterfly garden, also known as a pollinator patch, is located beneath the sculpture area to attract monarchs and other pollinators as they migrate through North Texas.  UDR, Inc., the partial owner of Vitruvian Park®, made a contribution to the project.  Installed in 2018.
